GOP New Media gathering

Today, I participated in the open meeting here at the RNC's headquarters in Washington, DC. Chairman Steele and Saul Anuzis, who is co-chair of Steele's transition team and current chairman of the Michigan GOP, led the gathering.

Anyone who wanted 2 minutes at the podium had their chance. A bold invitation by Steele and Anuzis, and one that I think represents a start to working at the top of the party to generate ideas and implement those that will yield results.
The best comments from the gathering that I think will frame the RNC's efforts (I am paraphrasing):
- Get a message that resonates and use the best methods available to mobilize your voters - Newt Gingrich
- The RNC should be an incubator that generates ideas and online communications techniques that campaigns can implement - Patrick Ruffini, www.rebuildtheparty.com
- Build a brand, attract voters on common values, drive them to Web sites for information, action opportunities and get out your vote with the smartest media - Mudd Advertising
Steele made his vision and intention for technology clear when he challenged the gathering of candidates, consultants and activists to collaborate so GOP campaigns can more effectively implement technology to get out a message and mobilize voters.
I think we can all have a roll now. The new media gathering was just a start, and stay tuned to www.gop.com and provide your input when and where you can.
Impossible Dream
No doubt Mr.Steele has experience in political arena however he is stuck in the past. African Americans support those who have their best interest at heart. Conservative Republicans today don't. Maybe when MLKing was around however parties have changed to fit the times. Good Luck trying to get the party to be more inclusive however they don't acknowledge the African Americans in the present party.JC Watts,Lynn Swan to name some.Will you reach out to them. Good Luck in your efforts to accomplish the impossible dream Conservatives who are inclusive and reaching out to lower & Middle classes.Can't wait to watch your journey!

Republicans Join Together
All Republicans should join together and stand for several common things that will unite the party and bring many new voters to the party.
In this email I strong urge and recommend all Republicans and others to stand strong and redirect some of the huge amounts of money being funded to the two following issues:
1. The US should be stockpiling oil, buy it now ans save it for later, take away any chance the Arabs have for causing us problems by disrupting oll flow to us in the future and control our destiny much better - while we work on alternative ideas for energy.
2. Finalize the oil purhcase deal with Iraq in order for the US to buy oil for years to come from this ally that is at a set price for oil which could include a schedule of increases based on some criteria which would be very easy. allocate the profits for Iraq oil to the funds for 50% for the government and 50% for the people if it is to stay nationalized.
WE NEED TO MOVE FAR RIGHT CONSERVATIVE....
WE DO NOT NEED TO BE SHIFTED TO THE LEFT OF ANYTHING.
OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, AND FOR THE PEOPLE.
LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS, period.
follow all of the laws as written. FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION.
THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE BOYCOTTING THE NATIONS GOODS AND SERVICES DURING THE WEEK OF 9-11-09 - as a movement to call RE-ATTENTION TO 9-11-01 in honor of those killed.
